Art and volunteer ramblings

So I posted another drawing on DA. I kind of happy that I'm getting better at drawing Murky but disappointed that my DA gallery doesn't have much variety. I have a couple of drawings of other characters that aren't Murky and Lurky, but I never get invested enough to complete them. I guess my interest became narrower and narrower as time progresses. Pokemon's new direction and the current state Tezuka fandom make me feel less motivated to draw Pokemon or Jetter Mars related stuff. It doesn't help that I'm not terribly interested in the other Rainbow Brite characters so I end up drawing or writing fics that centers around Murky and Lurky. Maybe I should draw some Leiji verse characters but their designs are so intimidating...

Anyways, I'm going to start volunteering at the mesume again. I think it's a good idea because it would help me feel more accomplish with myself. Although I'm working on personal projects, I do like working on something that involves a peer group. It might take until next fall(or the upcoming summer) for me to return to school since it's going to take a while for me to get the treatment I need. So I might as well work on something that's going to help out my resume. Also there's a tasty fried chicken place that is just around the corner, so I look forward to visiting it after work.
